We were very happy with the entire experience. Your delivery person was on time, very polite, and did an excellent job of placing our shed and making sure we were happy. I have started moving stuff in and am glad I bought the loft. Great idea! Anyway, thanks for the great job and I will recommend your sheds to everyone." Wow! This takes it to another level…literally! With a full second floor, this two-story wooden shed gives you almost twice the space without taking up more of the backyard! It includes a stairway with a railing and all. Make sure you watch one of these take shape in just 6 hours! (sorry, it’s a vinyl-sided two-story garage).

Resin is a term used a lot, sometimes for materials that aren’t actually resin. Natural resin comes from trees. But that’s not the “resin” we are talking about here. Sheds are made from synthetic resin. Synthetic resins are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Synthetic resins are a type of synthetic plastic polymer.
All Leonard sheds offer an industry leading 5-year warranty on our sheds and other materials have additional warranties up to 50 years.
All of the panels are designed to be bolted together for added strength and are made from one of the toughest plastic resins on the market.
One of the major reasons our shed is more expensive than the low quality version is that we opted for vinyl siding (a $400 upgrade). Vinyl siding is virtually maintenance-free, and with a 2×4-over-plywood substructure, it will last for at least 20 years. The wood siding on the low-quality shed will require painting and will wear out far more quickly. We think vinyl looks much better, too.
If you’re trying to store as much as possible in your new portable building, the High Barn is the way to go. Two 4’-wide lofts are a standard part of these sheds, meaning you get two levels of storage in the same square footage. The exterior of the High Barn is completely customizable with various colors and materials. Doors can be placed on the end, the side, or both. This gambrel-roofed shed is a true tribute to the great American legacy of barn-building.

Plastic sheds are a newer invention, many of which have entered the market only in the last 20-30 years. Plastic sheds come in all shapes, colors, sizes, and levels of quality. The cheapest plastic sheds have no floor and are simply staked down to the ground. More expensive plastic sheds come with a floor that’s made of the same plastic material.
Having a kit put together by a professional has the lowest labor costs. If a carpenter or builder constructs a new custom shed from plans, your labor costs will be considerably higher.
Plus, for those retailers that keep a physical inventory, offering price cuts is a way to eliminate the need for winter maintenance, and it helps to clear space for next year's models.
If you like vinyl for its rot and insect resistance, you might like metal, too. Metal is a low-maintenance material that generally lasts longer than wood.
We offer a 36 month rent to own plan. Our rent to own plan gives you the opportunity to have a storage building in your yard, while making payments on the building. You can pay your building off early without a penalty.
Do you want to store up to 2 cords of firewood and do it in an economic and safe manner? Nothing is easier than that, as you can just check out my free set of plans dedicated to this topic. This shed features a lean to roof with 3 sides that are properly enclosed, while the front is open for an easy access inside. Make sure you use the skids because that lifts the frame from the ground and protects the components from moisture. This is a simple design that you can use for years in a row. MORE >>
