Our shed has 30-year architectural shingles. The low quality shed has 3-tab shingles that don’t look like they’re wearing well even while the shed sits on the lot. Our guess is that those shingles are not rated for installation over OSB and likely have a 15 year warranty, max.
Ordered a solid construction shed, Mitch came and looked over the location and said it can be moved in but could be difficult with some large rocks in the location. Mitch came and checked the leveling and measured area again before delivery...and sent email to update delivery. Shane and Mitch looked the area over and it was a difficult alley entering into the location. The backup went well until the 90 degree turn for the final location by the rocks. Shane and Mitch are amazing, good workers and get the job done! Shed looks great! Thanks Shane and Mitch for an interesting and great morning. Jason Santo 2 years ago
