Many factors influence shed costs, including the shed’s size, material, and construction. A tiny prefabricated shed for your tools will cost much less than a custom-built, spacious brick shed. A prefabricated kit is easy to install yourself, whereas you’d need to hire a skilled brick mason to achieve a custom brick shed.
Plastic sheds that have been properly designed are strong enough to resist the effects of the wind and should also be firmly anchored to the ground for added protection .

Once built the sheds lasted well as the through colour PVC panels did not discolour or require painting or maintenance.
My main complaint is that it took forever to be scheduled for construction - like 2-3 months. Once it got here, the guy put it up in about 6 hours. The shed itself seems solid but the walls are pretty thin. Overall it's good quality, though - worth paying the extra money for a solid, good looking wood shed versus the ugly metal ones at Lowe's. On a side note, if you're going to build your own foundation, don't trust the specs they send you - my installer put the 4x4s on in the opposite direction that the specs said. They will just lay the 4x4s on the ground so if you want something different, you can make a cement foundation or set up the posts like I did (cement blocks with wooden blocks on top).
